Who we are

Harbour & Hangar is a website operated by KFTA Group Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

What we collect

• Flight alerts & enquiries: when you set a route alert or enquire on a flight, we collect the email address you provide and the route/dates you're interested in.
• Usage data: standard analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location (from your IP), device and browser type, collected to understand and improve the site.
• We do not collect payment details. Bookings and payment are handled by Villiers, not by us.

How we use it

• To send you the empty-leg alerts you've asked for, and to pass an enquiry to Villiers when you ask us to.
• To measure and improve how the site performs.
• We rely on your consent for alert emails (you can unsubscribe at any time) and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the site for analytics.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service:

• Villiers — the broker who arranges quotes and bookings when you enquire on a flight.
• Go High Level — our email and alert delivery platform.
• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.

We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent for marketing emails. Retention

We keep alert sign-up data for as long as you remain subscribed, and analytics data for a limited period. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
